Parity Group

The Parity Group is a grassroots association initiated in 2015 by Charlotte Malterre-Barthes and Torsten Lang within the Architecture Department at ETH committed to improving gender equality and diversity at the school and in the profession. The annual ‘Parity Talks’ organised by the group were first held in 2016.
