Mary Frances Kennedy Fisher

Mary Frances Kennedy Fisher (1908–1992) was an American food writer and a founder of the Napa Valley Wine Library. Over her lifetime she wrote twenty-seven books, including a translation of The Physiology of Taste by Brillat-Savarin.
