Parlour

Parlour is a research-based advocacy organisation working to improve gender equity in architecture and the built environment professions. Based in Australia, Parlour began in 2012 as part of large-scale Australian-Research-Council-funded project led by Naomi Stead. It became an incorporated association in 2015, founded by Justine Clark, Naomi Stead, Gill Matthewson, Susie Ashworth, Julie Willis and Karen Burns. Current directors are Justine Clark, Naomi Stead, Gill Matthewson, Susie Ashworth, Julie Willis, Alison Cleary and Sarah Lynn Rees.
